This dynamic 4-day workshop provides the building blocks of
Dialogue Education™, a powerful system for teaching and curriculum design that results in better learning, transfer and retention. Applying the insights of Jane Vella’s book Learning to Listen, Learning to Teach, the course merges research-based principles and practices for successful learning with a focus on engagement, practice, feedback, and mutual accountability.

Teachers, trainers and facilitators, especially those who work with adult learners, will immediately see improved results in their learning events. Participants are typically from the voluntary, private, academic and government sectors, and involved in facilitation, in-house training, public education and outreach, capacity building, managing organizational learning, and organizing business and strategic planning meetings.
